RETURN POLICY

Just in case you aren't in love with your item or it doesn't fit the way you like:

-Undamaged items can be returned within 7 days of shipping date (please try on your items right away!) less shipping fees.

-Refunds on returned items will be issued with store credit.

-No returns on sale items, pre-orders, leggings, jewelry and hats (sanitary reasons).

-Any items that appear worn, washed, smell of smoke/perfumes, has stains, or animal hair will not be eligible for refund. 

-Customer is responsible for shipping fees.

**Do not open your package using scissors, we are not responsible for scissor damage**

To return, please email us at silverbirchboutiquemn@gmail.com. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Store credit will be issued once item(s) are received back to us.
